Daoud & Attar Food Processing Co. is one of the leading companies in poultry industry in Syria. Daoud & Attar Food Processing ( DAJAJOUNA)is the most modern plant in Syria for the full automatic processing of poultry meat applying the most advance technology and international technical and health systems and in accordance with Islamic law. This company was established in the industrial City of Hessia - Homs in 2004 with "DAJAJOUNA" trademark.
Daoud & attar Co. is a typical plant within the field of its specialty providing 100% national production and only machinery and equipment are imported.
Daoud & Attar Co. comprises four sections:
- Broiler slaughterhouse.
- Refrigerators ( 0 C) ; storage chambers of frozen products (-18 C); deep freezing (-40 C).
- Further processing plant where poultry meat is processed in several forms to be ready for cooking or direct consumption
(escallop - nugget - burger - kebab - popcorn - hotdog - luncheon - cold cut ....). - Treatment plant of solid and liquid waste.
